These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of The Archive Lounge, operated by ARCHIVE LOUNGE LLC (“The Archive Lounge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 500 Main St, Lower Level, St. Joseph, MI 49085. By accessing our website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
The Archive Lounge serves alcohol and is a 21-and-over establishment. You must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol on our premises, and valid government-issued photo identification is required. By using this website you represent that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from The Archive Lounge. Messages may include conversational replies to your inquiries, private event confirmations, scheduling and reminder messages, customer care messages, and — where you have given express consent — promotional messages about our offerings and events.
Consent
You agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any goods or services from us. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you agree to notify us if that number changes or is reassigned.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for any charges incurred through your wireless carrier.
Opting out — STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.
Getting help — HELP

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
Privacy
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
3. Seating & Private Events
Seating in The Archive Lounge is first come, first served; we do not take table reservations. Private event and buyout inquiries submitted through our website are requests only and are not confirmed until we respond in writing and any applicable deposit or agreement terms are met. Pricing, availability, minimums, and cancellation terms for private events are quoted individually and are subject to change.
4. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave at our discretion, including for intoxication, inability to produce valid identification, disruptive or unsafe behavior, or violation of house policies. The Archive Lounge is a non-smoking establishment.
5. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, menus, and design — is the property of The Archive Lounge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission. Menu items, pricing, and hours are subject to change without notice, and we make no warranty that website content is complete or current at all times.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Archive Lounge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Berrien County, Michigan.
