Group & Private Event Policy
We’re a small room, and keeping it intimate is the whole point. These are the guidelines that let us do that for everyone.

At The Archive Lounge, we are committed to providing an intimate, relaxed, and welcoming speakeasy experience for all of our guests. As a boutique cocktail lounge with limited seating, we have established the following policies for larger groups.
Please note
The Archive Lounge does not serve food. We have no kitchen and no menu of any kind beyond drinks — no plates, no snacks. We recommend eating before you arrive, and we’re always happy to point you somewhere good nearby.
Parties of 8 or More
- Reservations are required.
- A valid credit card must be provided prior to service.
- An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
- Group reservations are limited to 90 minutes unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Parties of More Than 10 Guests
To preserve the atmosphere of The Archive Lounge for all patrons, we are unable to accommodate parties of more than 10 guests during regular service on Friday and Saturday evenings.
We encourage larger groups to reserve one of our private event spaces — the outdoor patio, the rooftop deck, or The Archive Lounge itself during designated off-hours. Advance reservations are required.
Private Events & Large Parties
- A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Beverage minimums and/or buyout requirements may apply.
- Full buyouts of The Archive Lounge are available by advance reservation.

Management Policy
Management reserves the right to decline, limit, or modify group reservations at its discretion if a gathering may negatively impact the comfort, service, or overall experience of other guests.
